Terms & Conditions
Last updated July 30, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Drip Drop when you use dealdrops.sale. By creating an account, placing an order, or listing an item, you accept them.
1. What Drip Drop is
Drip Drop is a marketplace. Independent, approved sellers list their own products; Drip Drop provides the storefront, the falling-price engine, checkout and payment handling. Except where we state otherwise, the seller — not Drip Drop — is the merchant of record for the item and is responsible for describing, packing and shipping it.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Give accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that are used for fraud, abuse, resale scams or repeated non-payment.
3. How falling prices work
- Every unsold listing drops 1% of its current price, five times a day (approximately 11am, 2pm, 5pm, 8pm and 11pm ET) — about 5% a day compounding.
- Selected Minute Drop items fall 1% every minute and reset to their starting price whenever someone buys one.
- The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment your order is confirmed. Prices can change between the time you add an item to your cart and the time you check out.
- Drops continue until the item sells out or the seller removes the listing. Nothing guarantees an item will still be available at a lower price later.
- Displayed original prices are the seller's own starting or reference price.
4. Limit orders
- A limit order tells us to buy automatically when a listing reaches your target price.
- Target prices are hidden — other buyers and sellers never see them.
- If several limit orders can be filled, the highest target price is filled first. Ties are broken by whichever order was placed first.
- A limit order authorises the purchase at your target price or below. You can cancel it at any time before it fills.
- Limit orders may go unfilled — for example if the item sells out at a higher price.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order and payment is authorised.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated. Applicable tax is shown at checkout.
- Shipping is charged at checkout and is free on orders over $35 — see our Shipping page.
- We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced through an obvious error, or if we suspect fraud.
- First-time buyer and other promotional discounts are one per person, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn if abused.
6. Returns and cancellations
Returns are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights you have by law.
7. Selling on Drip Drop
- Sellers apply and must be approved by our team before listing.
- Fees: 10% flat cash on each sale, or the founder tier at 13% total (8% cash plus 5% equity intent in the platform). Launch offer: 0% commission on your first $5,000 in sales.
- Payouts are released the day after fulfilment is confirmed, through our payment provider, directly to the seller's connected account.
- Sellers agree that their listings participate in the falling-price schedule, and that connected marketplace listings (such as eBay) may be repriced in sync.
- Sellers warrant they own or are authorised to sell their items, that listings are accurate and lawful, and that they will ship on time and handle returns per this policy.
- Prohibited items include counterfeits, recalled or unsafe goods, weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, live animals, stolen property, and anything illegal to sell.
- We may remove listings, withhold payouts on disputed orders, or suspend sellers who breach these terms.
8. Content and intellectual property
Sellers keep ownership of their listing text and images, and grant Drip Drop a licence to display, resize and promote them on the marketplace and in marketing. The Drip Drop name, logo, hourglass mark and site design belong to us. Don't scrape, copy or resell our content or data without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
- No scraping, automated bulk ordering, or interfering with the price engine or limit-order queue.
- No attempting to reveal other buyers' hidden target prices.
- No reverse engineering, security probing without permission, or overloading our systems.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The marketplace is provided “as is”. We don't warrant uninterrupted availability or that every listing is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drip Drop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of an expected discount, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Disputes
Start with us: contact support and we will try to resolve the matter quickly. If we can't, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and the courts located there have jurisdiction, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and continuing to use Drip Drop after that means you accept them.
